The Living Hour

Ishani Chheda

The living hour lives
Between.
In summer,
rainbows and butterflies,
Then
icy barrenness, the cruel season brings.
Now and Then,
This and That,
dividing poles is a space
Much sought out;
quiet repast,
a finding
found,
that brings truer joy
than pleasure that slakes but for a day
