Lives Like Fiction

jochic1212

I’m reaching out for you in hopeless desolation,
I’m screaming to you out of frustration,
All I want is your consolation.
Alas, you are but my temptation.
No longer by me are you hated.
Those memories have long ago faded.
For those days back, anything would be traded,
But those two things are unrelated.
Living in this world of friction,
We are just characters, leading lives like fiction
