paul belcher

brain rushing ever faster
flushing thoughts ever a disaster
wanting to be real but fake as always
never undoing opening up to what is what
indecision evading frustrated reaching
for the sky so far never in grasp
stars shine in the reflection of my eyes
eyes drawn tired and grey shadows taunt my mind
wanting to know closure unable to commit racing thinking causes shifts in solid state now fragile
unable to communicate its final conclusion
to this depressive side more complex event
