Blamelessness

maddog

If it”s true bipolar”s all but genetic
In hue both blue and frenetic
Then to berate your upraising
However encrazing
Is maudlin, ingratious, heretic.
But if I”ve nothing to blame save heredity
Then psychotherapy”s an act of temerity
Better get used to the sway
Wend my own way
And leave no more than thoughts to posterity
