I will go gentle into that good night And I will not rage against the dying light Though wise men, good men, wild and grave May so rage May curse and blame the end of day They err. For day shall yield to endless day And lighted smiles will guide our way To where nor rage nor tears Nor deeds of frailty Shall hold their place And that Good Light which burns with eager fire And peace and calm and sating of desire Shall teach us love as we have never known And brighter deeds shall dance in our green bay And meteor's blaze be dimmed To gentler measure grown For we shall find that we are truly home.... |
