Poem: Chained by imagined onlookers who ‘tempt to know
Our deepest intentions,
We are not free from the examined self.
May you unexamine yourself to forget what is yours
And focus on what is infinitely more perfect.
Unfetter me o tempest of critical self-absorption
To find my spirit meditative on that which finds
Me as I am and not as what I see reflected back
