Title: Seasons inside me
Author: Reza
Date Submitted: 12/10/2005

Poem: In autumn, the tree branches twirl together
Like two bodies in love
Cuddling and holding their own amongst the dirty & dead leaves

In summer, a dry wind breezes by and blows through my damp hair
It cools skin as red as wine
The sunshine is generous & divine

In spring, the wonderful springtime lights up my heart
Brings colour to the most bland
Like bright pink nails on a softly kissed hand

In winter, I layer our love in warm sheltered hugs
It’s freezing & dark so we gather close
And yet sometimes I feel so alone?
