Poem: Empty cupboards, hungry stomachs, vacant eyes
Complacence of the upper-class
It''ll turn around in time , doesn''t even make art
The economic weather change, greed fuels the mercantile
Now the god pushers want to blame someone
It''s the gays, too many immigrants, the liberal left
Out of the hands of the common man
Gangsters take their seats while they last
Congress faces left
Survival with the new socialism
Wakeup bible thumper
Your good news is bad news
Antiquated by your greed
Self serving god of your intellect
Hungry faces on a forced fast
while you make political decisions
The sun goes down, tens of thousands of empty houses
Real estate salesman just another dinosaur
Look at all the conservative pinched up faces
Maybe you need to take a good dump
Bilious is not a good state of being
This is my self imposed catharsis
My salvation induced enema
Just a repeat through all of time
Everybody has their day in the sun
Political rags make poor poetry
Where is life truly going on?
In the everyday world, wherever that may be
Excuse me for wasting your time
